Cassie Farley, NCIDQ | Registered Interior Designer

Cassie Farley is a highly organized and driven interior designer with over 11 years of experience delivering thoughtful, functional spaces across the Multi-Family Residential, Student Housing, and Commercial Office sectors. Based in Allen, TX, Cassie combines a passion for learning with a proven ability to guide projects from concept to completion.

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, with a minor focus in Hospitality, from Stephen F. Austin State University, Cassie won a National design contest with I&S Magazine earning her an internship at Gresham Smith in Nashville, TN. There, she worked on the “T3” team, which was tasked with transitioning more than one million square feet of leased office space into a more efficient use of space within State-owned facilities. Following her extended internship and contract with Gresham Smith, she spent over a decade at SJL Design Group, advancing from Junior Interior Designer to Associate Technical Director of Design. There, she designed and oversaw the design development and FF&E of a multitude of projects, led project management efforts, developed company training standards, and mentored fellow designers. Her work has contributed to award-winning projects such as The Shay in Nashville and The Stella in Dallas.

Now as Farley Design, Cassie specializes in interior design, construction documentation, and construction administration. She is recognized for her expertise in project management, space planning, and client collaboration — always ensuring that design intent is executed with precision and creativity.

An NCIDQ-certified and TBAE-registered designer, Cassie is also technically adept, bringing both creativity and technical knowledge and excellence to every project.

When not designing, Cassie enjoys spending time with her husband, Dustin, and two boys Caleb & Theo.
